I've had this chair for a few weeks now and the back support is very good, especially for a chair in this price range. The way the back of the chair is articulated supports the lower back without pushing on the spine. This is the first chair I've used that doesn't aggravate my previous lower back injury. I haven't had any issues with the edges of the chair pads pushing in to my back as a few other reviews stated. I think if your back is wider than the back of the chair, it may cause the pads to tilt the wrong way, though. The mesh is comfortable, allows good airflow, and has not caused pilling on any of my clothes yet.
My only complaints are that the arms are very far apart, even with the ability to change the angle, and that the wheels are not very good. We have pretty standard flat office carpet, and it gets stuck frequently. I've never had an issue with chairs getting stuck on this carpet before, so I think just switching out the casters for a better set might solve that issue.

Very pleased with this church. My wife and I have an 8 inch height difference, but we both are comfortable sitting in the chair for short and long time periods. Easy assembly, sturdy, good support, and comfortable.
